We met at a New Year's Eve party for the PA outdoor singles' group we were both a part of on Facebook, aptly called: Timber. Steffi was sitting at the table & Anthony across from her.

Anthony remarked to the host, "Somebody named Steffi is supposed to be here." He responded, "Steffi? She's right there" pointing across the table.

~

That night then consisted of dancing, some kissing & talking all night, mostly about favorite dinosaurs. After the cabin weekend, we made the long-distance work. Steffi in Utica, New York for a travel nurse contract & Anthony in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for work. Within a year, we were living together & looking for jobs in Salt Lake City, Utah.

During that time, Steffi introduced Anthony to Alaska via an Iditarod trip to Nome. We realized our mutual love for the Alaskan life & moved there a month later.

Since then, we've been going on all kinds of Alaskan Adventures including glacier climbing, salmon dip netting, week-long rafting trips, snow MACHINING in front of Denali, dog sledding, and hot springs soaking.

Now the adventure continues.
